Make sure, as you journey forward, that when you read books and articles, you don't take any one author's word for anything. Read lots. There are many self-proclaimed gurus out there. Take it all in, sort through it and take what's best for you. No one knows your body better than YOU.

You'll bumble along like we all did, trying different things, working into a diet that's right for us.

Don't let other's isms and ideologies effect your decisions about what is healthiest for YOUR body.
