Foods that actually burn fat??  Yes indeed.  Here are five of the top foods for burning fat.  (Actually, the secret is their effect on your metabolism and evening your blood chemistry)

Citrus Fruits - The vitamin C in oranges is what helps to burn body fats.  Antioxidant C is also a major contributor to a healthy immune system.

Apples - Pectin found in abundance in apples, helps to prevent your cells from absorbing unnecessary fats.

Garlic  - As an aid to the body's own healing mechanisms, garlic is amazing.  An antibiotic and natural regulator of the blood and its sugars, garlic helps to level the use of necessary sugars and aids weight loss.

Greens - As an absolute essential, greens feed the body so many minerals and vitamins that everyone should eat them.  No matter what else we consume, greens are healthy for us.  They provide the body with the iron and strength needed to speed up the metabolism and get us moving again.

Seafood - from fish, you get essential fatty acids like Omega 3.  This brain food helps to keep the cells youthful, the mind clear and the body's salts stabilized.  As your body uses these nutrients, it better metabolizes the fats in your system, so that weight loss is an effect.

The more fat burning foods you incorporate into your daily diet, the better your body will function.
